This is going to stick with you for years so make sure you get high quality printing.
Some printers will produce low resolution images because it allows them to print your job faster but you end up with grainy pixilated images. But Big Fish DPI is just as excited to show off your new design as you are. It takes a little longer but the results can be the difference between antenna reception and high def TV.
Note: 3M Control Tacis used on trailers where rivets and screws protrude out of the panel. The product has tiny little slits or holes that allow you to "burp" out air pockets and bubbles during application. If you have flat panels only then we suggest using our standard vinyl decal material. This is a smooth non-porous vinyl made specifically for trailer wraps with flat smooth walls.
Tip 1:
Before you design your trailer wrap, consider where each letter or image will be placed so you don't end up with a window or door hinge were letters should be. If planned out well you can actually draw a crowd with a cool design, I know clients of ours have gotten a lot of rave reviews from their customers over our vehicle wraps.
Tip 2:
We will typically print out your wrap in 4 ft sections so you just start at the top of the trailer and feather down and out overlapping the next panel. Once this is completed and all the air bubbles are out, you apply the next sheet of decal material and trim off the overlapping piece.
